But what I encountered was totally different—a genuinely friendly and honest rep who really listened to what we needed, taking into account the style of our home. He spent a whole hour measuring our windows without trying to pressure us into a decision. We didn’t place an order right away, but just as he was about to head out, I felt really good about the whole process. Avant Windows management is truly impressive; I can’t say enough good things. The fitter who worked on my house in Doncaster was super professional and skilled. Having some background in the building industry, I thought I’d notice a few things, but I was just blown away by how great my windows and doors turned out. They really went above and beyond my expectations in terms of performance. I’d definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it.

I’m really let down by the entire situation. They were supposed to just attach hinges to my new door. Instead, they completely messed it up. I think they tried to use a larger screw near the edge of the door without making a proper hole first, which ended up splitting the edge at all three hinges. How can they even operate a door and window business if they can’t drill a hole right? They held onto my door for three weeks and never picked up my calls. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I hired Avant services to swap out one of my double glazed windows, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. They did a fantastic job for the price I paid.
